Hi Reinique, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Everything kind of started back in high school. I wanted extra money and couldn’t find a job, so I created a little hustle for me to make money. The first items I sold were phone cases and cute keychains online and at school. After I made my first $200 dollars from just selling phone cases, I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. When college came around, my family said I should get a job with a stable income so they thought nursing was the best for me. I went to college for nursing could not focus. I hated the prerequisites was not for me. So I decided to start selling beauty products because what girl does not like making herself feel beautiful? It was going great. Then I decided why not get into makeup. So I found this lady who applies makeup so flawlessly in Miami. I saved up money until I was able to pay for the class. I took the class and now I am here doing makeup and having my own studio!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It was not a smooth road. Building clientele is a little tricky. Doing it on your own makes it a kind of struggle. Finding marketing strategies that attract your target audience.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Makeup Artist/Brow Tech. I specialize in makeup for all skin color and types. What sets me apart from everyone else is that I love interacting and taking good care of my clients. I like to make sure that the client feels beautiful once she steps of my chair. I am most proud of the brand because I am actually manifesting in my actual brand name. My brand name stands out. You will never forget it because the name and services are outstanding. I also sell Lashes, Lash Glue and lip gloss.

Take your time, be consistent, read books about the business you want. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise or try to change your mind.
