Today we’d like to introduce you to Roselin Rosario.
Hi Roselin, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Born in the Dominican Republic, raised in Brooklyn, NY. Moved to Florida for a fresh start with my family in 2015. I just had finished college at 33 years old with a business degree and always had a passion for Real Estate. Being an award winning top producer in my previous firm at Robert Slack since my first year in real estate, #1 producer of 300+ agents in 2018 both in Sales volume/units sold, #3 producer out of 500 agents in 2019 both in Sales volume/units sold, Top 1% of Orlando Real Producers 2019/2020 (#366 out of 500 agents in 2020), Top Osceola County Realtors (2017-present). After being a partner at Marzucco Real Estate. Now 5 years later closing over $37 million in sales as a single agent, I took the leap of faith and launched my own brokerage Elite Realty, LLC (December 17, 2020). As I expand, and delegate to my agents, my focus right now is more of a boutique brokerage with a single agent model, although we do offer the support as a team. In the past 4 months I added 2 buyers agents, since I continue to be a producing broker, that also means I’m very selective of who I add to my firm. Our first agent is Ysabel Paez with more than 4 years of experience & the second one is Eileen Diaz who just got licensed and is also my daughter. I plan to grow smart not fast. We are always taking new clients, don’t hesitate to contact us for anything real estate.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Raising myself since I was 15 years old, no mentorship to guide me on the right path, that means I made a lot of mistakes. A big one was dropping out of high school, I then took my GED and eventually went back to college at 31yrs old with two kids, I did graduate with a business degree at 33 years old. In 2015 we moved to Florida and that’s when I got the chance to pursue my passion, which is selling real estate and helping people with their homeownership goals.
