The Add-Ons Box is a woman owned company created by Roxana Cordero in a season of change in her personal life. The multifaceted entrepreneur recently became a mother and took the brave decision to be a full time mom to Annabella and now Lucia . It was in that new stage of evolution, where she embraced her new life and undertook on the adventure of becoming her own boss. With a background on high-end retail, a public relations degree and passionate about fashion, Rox created The Add-Ons Box. The Add-Ons Box is the perfect bundle with accessories that you can add-on to any outfit for every season and every person.
Motivated by her story, Rox created this product to connect with other women, create a community and empower each other through stories and fashion. More than an accessory bundle, The Add-Ons Box is an opportunity to connect, shine and be the best version of yourself
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Like all business life there are ups and downs. I believe that determination and being focused helps us how to deal with situations that arise along this path. I think without a doubt, one of the biggest challenges is balancing business life and being a full time mommy. This requires a lot of responsibility and above all organization, I would not say that it is an obstacle, but a great challenge for me.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
The subscription box industry is one that is on the rise and is positioning itself more than ever. The market is wide and with all these changes, people are already looking for comfort, accessibility and simplification of life.
