Today we’d like to introduce you to Sthefany Michelle Bojola.
Hi Sthefany Michelle, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I came to the US when I was 20, on vacation with my boyfriend, who is now my husband and partner in this business, I had the opportunity to stay and transmit my residence, so that is how my adventure began in this new country, in Venezuela. He had a brand of swimsuits, a small laser hair removal studio and was studying at the university.
Taking up the subject in the United States, the first year was the most difficult because I started working in a restaurant Full time, but
It was what helped me to raise enough money to start studying my aesthetic licenses in this country.
After finishing my first laser hair removal license, I began to serve friends with the first machine I bought, until little by little, I managed to create a large list of clients to continue studying and growing as a professional.
With approximately two years of studies and work, we opened our first commercial premises in Orlando in the Sand Lake Rd area, currently we continue to serve in this location, year after year we continue to grow as professionals.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
As much as we want the road to be easy, we always get some obstacles, in my case there was a colleague on the road who wanted to bother me and it was really an impulse to grow more.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are a family business dedicated to facial, body and nutrition aesthetics.
We offer from basic treatments such as facial cleansing to rejuvenation treatments such as Botox.
We also have very good weight loss and body shaping plans.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I have never had a mentor in this environment, I have always been very individual, but I have been a mentor to many colleagues and I have accompanied them in their professional growth.
