Meet Tiffany Parris

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Parris.

Hi Tiffany, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Tiffany and I’m the owner of The Graze Room! My husband Kevin and I met in 6th grade and have three daughters, all under the age of seven. Melody (7), Ivy (5), Phoenix (2) . I’ve always been a creative person. Music has deeply inspired me from a young age. But, My inspiration for TGR came from the loss of my father. At the very beginning of 2020, my father was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer and passed just a few short weeks after contracting Covid. I spent the entire lockdown looking for creative outlets as a way to cope- music for the first time in my life just wasn’t enough. Having three girls and a big extended family, a spread of curated foods has always been the standard. It became my hidden talent come to life! After a long year of relearning who I was without my dad, I decided to take the leap and launch TGR on December 31, 2020, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The biggest struggle I’ve had has honestly been myself. I’m a perfectionist and overthinker at my core so even though what I’m doing is fulfilling and fun, my fear of disappointing people can sometimes overshadow that.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I create carefully curated cheese and charcuterie grazing boards, boxes, tables, and runners! I help to make milestones in your life have that extra little unforgettable moment. What sets The Graze Room apart is that we recognize how beautiful and delicious food can bring everyone together. We treat each graze with the heart and care it deserves. Every order is handmade and specially crafted to fit you!

Something I’m very proud of is a service I offer with my grazing tables: a Perfect Pairing Service. I go to your event and set up your customized selections with matching festive décor and help your guests learn about different styles of cheese, charcuterie, and accompaniments. Because our menu offers a wide variety of selections, things can get pretty overwhelming. Guests LOVE getting a quick and fun interactive crash course while enjoying that perfect bite as they graze a decadent table, it quickly become what TGR is known for!

What makes you happy?
My girls, no contest. Mini versions of myself lol, I’m not Tiffany without them. My husband is a character, to say the least. He definitely keeps life interesting! My Mom and in-laws are the best support system and constantly help lead me in the right direction, even when I can’t see it myself, And no doubt my small circle of best friends, all complete opposites of each other and all consistently supporting and pushing me to do more. I’m very blessed.
