Meet Tyler Petty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyler Petty.

Hi Tyler, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
During the pandemic, I was bored and feeling creative, so I finally decided to buckle down and start the store of my dreams. I’ve always been a sucker for theme parks and horror and realized no one was doing it the way I liked it.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For the most part, it’s been smooth, there are times when it slows down, and I have to fight my inner saboteurs. Knowing it’s just hard these days for people to spend extra cash and that it’s not personal.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
The shop is a creative shop where horror and theme park magic come together to create a frightfully magical space. We mainly are known for our horror-themed skirts and T-shirts.

How do you think about happiness?
A lot of things make me happy, it’s hard to pick just one, but my biggest source of happiness comes from my fur baby Ferguson.
