Ty’Reck Addison

Ty’Reck, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Raised through the adversity and struggles of small town syndrome; Mr.Perfect learned early on in life how to make something out of nothing. His creative ability stems from hours and hours of having to use his vivid and active imagination as a child. Music runs through his DNA as his father, grandfather and many other family members also pursued their passion for music. At the age of 16 Perfect was introduced to the concepts of high-end studios and realized early that he would have to make his way again. He taught himself how to produce, mix, and master his music. He started mixing songs for other family members and local rappers in his neighborhood as he built his career behind the scenes.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Although I am still fresh in my journey, I have uncapped potential to grow into something spectacular with the new ideas and vibrant energy i brings to the game. It hasn’t been smooth at any point but I keep going and I adapt, that’s what I do best

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I rap, engineer, make music videos, edit videos, take pictures, act , model , everything

What are your plans for the future?
My biggest goal is to force change in the music industry. There needs to be a shift and I’m going to be one of the ones who leads that shift. I want my music heard around the world, inspiring people.
