Hi Uyen, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started Wintersprings beauty & wellness salon in 1997. After few years working in corporate jobs. I knew I have more to offer people. As a cancer survivor over 21 years I am grateful for this path that leads me to help my clients looking good and also feeling better through nutrition & live a less stressful life. I do workshops twice a year with my colleagues to inspire people to eat healthier & how to have a vibrant life. I also wrote a simple book 📕 that guides people to have better choices in their health.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It was not an easy road! After my cancer diagnosis that when I decided to study nutrition and lived a less stressful environment. My business was destroyed by hurricanes Irma few years ago. I was so devastated but God is blessing me with wonderful clients & friends who came to help me to rebuild it 🙏
As you know, we’re big fans of Wintersprings beauty salon . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I own my business over 28 years now. My clients came to me from all over because of the holistic approach I practiced also a compassion to help people.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love Wintersprings city but it is getting busier due to more construction 🦺 are in the areas.
