Meet Yeti of The Orlando Outlaws

Today we’d like to introduce you to Yeti.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
When we were looking to create a team we noticed a lot of organization that it is a lot of who you know and cliques.

We wanted to have a place that is open for everyone to be a part of that someone can call home and is full of opportunities.

We got to where we are today by constantly reaching out to new people with no fear of being turned down, and ensuring that when things get hard we never gave up. When one way didn’t work we always found a different way.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
For the most part, it has been smooth, the only thing that has been a struggle was coming from a content creation background to now esports and learning the esports side of things.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are an Esports organization, we have several different esports teams in a wide variety of games. We also have a team of content creators and a team of streamers.

This is a hard question, that is like being told to pick your favorite kid, it’s hard to pick one specific team, if I had to choose it would be the community, as a community we constantly have all the teams and staff crossing over to support each other. So the community in general would be what I’m the most proud of.

What does success mean to you?
I define success as an organization owner when I can help a member of the team hit a goal and reach an achievement of theirs.
