Today we’d like to introduce you to Breon Bennett.
Hi Breon, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Well, I’m actually from Hollywood, FL and I got started around the time Covid hit.
I was coaching little league in Hollywood but when Covid hit everything as we all know came to a halt. So I created “THE LABB” to help my brother with his technique as a defensive back which I played in high school and was pretty good at. I began to train my younger brother and his friends for their last year of high school football, and now they’re all playing collegiate ball.
My brother who’s at Florida State University now started his freshman year as a nickel his name is Kevin Knowles ll. Training him gave me the opportunity to become a defensive back coach for Flanagan High School located in Pembroke Pines, FL in 2020.
The road hasn’t been smooth at all. A lot of the struggles I dealt with were funding, trying to get kids to see what I was capable of providing with my services, and just being able to reach the masses which I’m trying to do. I continued training because it was something I realized brought me joy watching a kid develop over time and day by day.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a Defensive Back coach and trainer. I specialize in technique, stance, footwork, and IQ. I’m known for my workouts mainly my warmups.
I’m most proud of becoming a high school football coach. What sets me apart from others is that I teach and I’m very hands-on with my training.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The fact that I’m able to teach and still able to learn more about my craft.

- Individuals 14 and under are $20 session
- Individuals 15 and up are $45 per session
- Group sessions vary on the group size
