Today we’d like to introduce you to Isabella Vargas.
Hi Isabella, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Ever since I was little, I grew up with a father who was infatuated with photography. It was the usual photography, you know. Weddings, landscape and etc. After being around it for so long as a child, I decided to finally pick up the camera myself around the age of 15. It wasn’t no fancy camera… it was an iPhone 7 camera. That camera and passion with photography brought me to where I am now in my journey with photography.
My style with photography is a little different from my father’s, though. I do fashion photography. Being able to capture the uniqueness of someone’s outfit or even their makeup still has me overjoyed. Being able to be different from the others and actually catch people’s aesthetic and give my audience a taste of my client’s personality through a photo and also their story. Also, the same goes with musicians. I get invited to be present for artists’ studio sessions or even performances to catch the emotion and also give their audience a feeling through the photo and show everyone that they work to get to where they wanna be. It’s all still a process that I’m willing to go through. I’m still learning. You can be the greatest ever and still be learning.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The struggles I have gone through is basically trying to maneuver as an independent. Depending on nobody besides myself.

What I’m known for is mostly being a female in this industry and also the way my pictures come out with angles and how they are edited. I’m mostly proud of how far I’ve came in this game. It doesn’t come easy but as soon as you reach the little goals you set for yourself. It feels amazing. I give all my credit to God for giving me this talent.
