Hi Joseph, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my home staging company at 16 years old while still in high school. I started to grow a team, and suddenly my company was the world’s largest home staging company and the nations number 1 company. Now being at the age of 21, I have decided to sell my company and pursue my real estate passion!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Absolutely not. Being so young starting a company was very difficult, and people didn’t take me seriously. It was also difficult transitioning into real estate as there are so many agents that have been doing this forever. But I put my head up and worked hard and have closed over 23 transactions and 8 million in sales.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a realtor in the Orlando area. I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers to make one of the most import financial decisions in their life. I love to be a part of the amazing journey to built great relationships and make the experience one to remember. I would say I am different than the average realtor, as I bring a very wide range of knowledge to the table that no other agent can. Owning the staging company I was the backbone to agents selling their listings for top dollar because of what I did for them, staging.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I am a go getter. I love to work hard and give back to the people that allowed me and helped me get to where I am today!
