Kermit, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Starting a business is a courageous and transformative decision that can bring personal, financial, and societal benefits. It is many hours of hard work and commitment. Although many things are said when you are a business owner is not necessary true. Many people say that you can work less and make more money when you are the owner. Not true. Having your own business involves many sacrifices such as weeks without days off, working 11-12 hrs a day. The only happiness at the end of the day is knowing that you are making your dreams a reality. That one day you will be known by many. That you are working for your dreams and not fulfilling someone else’s dreams.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Anything that comes easy won’t last. Life is not easy. What makes it smooth is the attitude and the dedication and hard work to be able to get to where you want to be. In my field there are many people doing the same thing I do. What make my company different from others, is the love and dedication I put in every project. I have had good days I have had bad days, Either way, I thank God for the experiences as I learn from it. Bringing someone’s idea into a reality, and making the customer happy is our number one priority. I never focus on the negative, I work with positivity and I love what I do. That is the key to success!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My company specialize in residential and commercial remodeling and renovating. Creating, building, installing, is our field. Seeing a customer astonished face when you remodel a kitchen, bathroom, install floor tiles or change their home appearance is what motivates me to keep going. I am proud of what I have accomplish for 4 straight years. I am proud of seeing the amount of marvelous customers that has trusted me in their homes and making their ideas come to life is the best feeling ever.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
Keeping happy customers. Treating everyone equally. What matter the most for me is my Wife, my kids. Everything I do is for my family. Every single day when I start a project I do it to the best of my ability so the customer can always remember the great experience they had with Kermit Remodeling Service & More LLC. My goal is to continue doing my best so my family can continue being proud of me and one day when I’m gone my name and accomplishments remains alive. That my kids take over and that one day my company be run by them and my grandkids.
