Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristine Miller.
Hi Kristine, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Growing up I was that little girl that loved Disney and all the princesses, I always wanted to visit the parks. It wasn’t until I became a mom that I got to walk through those gates and onto Main Street for the first time with my oldest daughter. That first visit was pure magic, to get to see for the first time the castle and experience everything for the first time with my little was something I will never forget.
After that first trip, I wanted to learn more about Disney and how to make every experience magical. I started helping friends out with their trips here and there with tips and tricks that we had learned along the way. I just loved getting to help friends find their magical vacations and create those memories. I was encouraged by a friend as I was helping her plan for a last-minute trip; “Why don’t you do travel planning?? You love doing this and it’s so helpful when you help us plan” I thought about it and months later it was by chance that I stumbled across 407&beyond one day and the company just stood out to me. I applied thinking well this is a slim chance but why not? After my 1st conversation with Bruce (407&Beyond owner), I knew I had found an amazing group of planners to work alongside with. I can honestly say I have found some amazing friends within the agency some of which I have only met through video chat or social media. It’s a team effort with all of us looking to make sure all of our families have the best vacation. Where we could be in competition with each other we just want to see happy families making memories and not having to worry about the planning just going and enjoying.
I have loved the opportunity to learn more about Disney Destinations but also to learn and help plan Universal Orlando, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Beaches, and Sandal resorts.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
For the most part, it’s been a smooth road thank goodness. When I first started, I thought this was just something I could do on the side, however, it has become something that I love doing and hope that I can make full time. I love working with families and working alongside all of the agents at 407&beyond.
I will say putting yourself out there on social media in a different way other than just sharing with friends and family was a little nerve-racking at first. While I have to put on some thick skin sometimes which isn’t always the easiest, I have enjoyed getting to do something that is completely out of my comfort zone. Bruce always tells us “Get comfortable with uncomfortable”

I am an Independent Vacation Planner and Advisor for 407&Beyond Vacations
I help plan vacations for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Aulani, Disney Cruise, Royal Caribbean Cruise, Universal Orlando, Beaches, and Sandals resorts. In the last month, I have had the opportunity to step into an Agent Advisory position helping new agents as they on board with the agency.
I love Walt Disney World and helping create magical vacations for this destination. I try to visit as often as possible to give the most up-to-date information and content.
I am most proud of going against my normal and comfort zone when I stepped into this business. I wasn’t really sure what to expect and how things would go. I have loved every step of the journey so far and I’m forever grateful for the clients that I have already got to work with and those that I will get the chance to help in the future.
I am a detail-oriented person, love working with people and planning as much or as little as each family wants.

I am a DIY’er self-proclaimed Joanna Gaines (lol) We bought our very own Fixer Upper and have taken everything down to studs and redone everything (mostly ourselves) It’s been a long road but we are starting to see the finish line.
