Today we’d like to introduce you to Luis Pagan
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey began as an idea back in 2021. I decided that I wanted to share my passion for the outdoors and encourage others to get out and explore the unknown, and search for hidden gems in the Orlando area. One of my favorite outdoor activities is cycling, more specifically gravel cycling. This type of cycling is a new trend in the world of cycling, which involves riding in a variety of different terrains with the option of riding outdoors away from cars. One day I was looking online for apparel with gravel cycling designs and I noticed that there was little to none at the time. I made a decision that I would start my own company and share my ideas with the outdoor community, so in 2021, Gravel Riding Concepts LLC was established. As of today, a brand name apparel has been established called “4DATRIDE” and an encouraging slogan “Just Go 4DATRIDE’.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I knew that starting a new business was not going to be easy thing to do. The main foundation of my business has been established finally, but it came with numerous challenges at the beginning, including issues with website hosting company, inventory disruption on specific apparel brand, payment terminal provider and website integration. Trying to get my brand name organically and finding the appropriate target audience and venue has taken a lot of time and energy.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a licensed pharmacist in the state of Florida and I specialize in the compounding of sterile intravenous products. Most people will tell you that I’m well known for being passionate about my job responsibilities and the products that we compound for our patients. I’m most proud of my accomplishments in spite of my challenges when I came to the United States. When I arrived in the states in 1990, I did not speak one word of English, yet I was able to become the first in my family to obtain a doctorate degree.
Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I would love to collaborate with a printshop and a whole seller for apparel (t-shirts/hats)
