Today we’d like to introduce you to Matthew McClain
Hi Matthew, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my Journey as a parttime summer employee in Clearwater. Received a promotion shortly after to warehouse manager at another Location/Lakeland. At this point I’m driving 4 hours min per day just to commute. Hard work pays off! Shortly after
I received another promotion in a different city/Orlando to be a store manager. In order to take this oppturnity a 9 month hotel
stay was needed. So that’s what I did. I took a challenged location and turned it into a success story in just a few short years.
I traveled home every weekend to spend with my family. I fell flat time and time again although with the heart of a lion and my
family by my side. Insane amount of hard work long nights holidays things began to work out in my favor. The store had tremendous growth. By this time the entire community realized i was a true Champion. A few shorts years another oppturnity became available. I was just able to move my family to Orlando recently, Now its time to pack up and leave my wife’s dream house and an amazing community relationship for a chance to better my life once again. Now purchased a house in the Beautiful Palm Beach County. To onca again a challenged location. As this point in the game I new no matter how big the challenge nothing was going to stand in my path. Its my turn to put in even more hard work for even just a slim chance to have a great life. Now there are currently 5 retail location in the S Fl region. * years ago I became the Regional Manager. All 5 locations are thriving and hyper successful. Just in the last by this year 2025 (June) I will have designed organized and had built and opened 7 retail location and 1 total remodel my the company. Over my spand of 14 years , I have lost count count of the total locations opened but it around 14. Im truly a blessed man that was given an amazing chance and I ran with it and am able to help others change there lives along the way,
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Everyday is a challenge, just last year I opened 3 retail locations and remodeled 1. That in it self is a struggle. This year
im on target to open 3 more locations by June. Opening location while still being a Retail manager of 5 stores.

I work in the school Uniforms Industry. (Regional Manager) I specialize in any problem of challenge that needed to be completed.
Im know for always having a smile and getting the job done no matter what is takes to WIN, Im the most proud of being able to he,lp other people better there lives. What sets me apart in a fearless human that is nit afraid of failure and very confidence
with my ability to accomplish any goal given. I never give up!!
