Skylyn Rose, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Hi, my name is Skylyn Rose. I am 5 years old. One of the things my parents wish they had more of are pictures and videos of their childhood. This inspired my parents to create this space so that as I grew up, I’d have a place full of memories of my childhood. Fast forward, one day, one of my videos went viral overnight and that’s how my page grew to where it is now.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I am only 5 so my parents make sure my road is very smooth. But one struggle I know they have, is continuing to catch me in action to have content to keep our followers engaged. And how to keep up with the social media platforms.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I love singing and dancing. I am naturally a character so the world is my stage. I am most proud of how much I have grown in the last year. I believe I am so special and have what it takes.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
I am very careful and my parents call me a diva. I don’t like the unknown.
