Rising Stars: Meet Thomas Bermudez of Mills 50

Today we’d like to introduce you to Thomas Bermudez

Hi Thomas, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My name is Thomas Bermudez, I’m the founder of Medallo SMP, and I’ve dedicated the last six years to helping people feel confident again through scalp micropigmentation (SMP).
With over 3,000 successful procedures between Orlando and Medellin locations, I’ve earned a reputation for creating natural, hyper-realistic hairlines that restore my clients’ appearances and self-esteem.
My work is highly personal & discrete—each result is tailored to the individual, reflecting my true care for each client’s journey. Through Medallo SMP, I’m not just replicating hair follicles; I’m helping people regain their confidence, one transformation at a time.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not smooth at all, many mistakes made to make the success I am today

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in scalp micro pigmentation, a cosmetic tattoo that mimics hair follicles on the scalp to conceal balding and thinning. I’m most proud of how far I’ve come in such little time by focusing on my clients and deliver the best results possible. What sets me apart from others is the quality of my work, its world renown and hyper realistic

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Traveling with my family to South America, the Caribbean and other states
