JOHANNA, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Yes, I have grown up as a content creator, also as a freelancer and travel agent. And I had an increase in my sales of 70%.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am Johanna, an entrepreneur, traveler and work remotely, which allows me to travel, work from home, I am currently creating travel content in Europe, Asia and theme parks, I differ from other people who do the same as me with a strong personal brand “Jo en Neverland” which has led me to collaborate with skincare brands, digital banks, language applications, supermarket chains and digital streaming and language platforms.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My grandfather, he always told me to fight for my dreams and my ideals, he always wanted to travel the world, visit Brazil, Japan and other places but he could never do it, he died of a fulminant stomach cancer, which made me rethink my whole life, I decided to start traveling and look for some way to generate income at the same time without the need for a schedule, a physical place or income limits, he developed many ideas and businesses over the years, until I found a way to monetize my Travel skills. Today I work on what I really like and I am trying very hard to achieve personal and economic growth. I am Chilean and this country has given me many opportunities to grow, to learn from the people, from this country. I am very grateful to all the people here and abroad who have trusted me.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
May she not give up on me, may she be persevering and resilient, may she not listen to those who criticize you or contribute nothing to you, because if you work hard and strive sooner or later you will have the reward. That dreams are here to be fulfilled and that you never allow difficulties to overwhelm you. Get up every day for a purpose, because

Yes, one thing that has always been important to me is to show me on the networks as I am, that generates people to value your authenticity and feel close to you. Without so much editing, or filters, or using programs to modify your forums and videos, people who want to travel seek to know the reality of the places they are going to visit, the good and the bad, and want to see people like them doing it, I am mom, entrepreneur, friend, wife, an ordinary person like them proving that you don’t need to be millionaire to achieve those trips that you dreamed so much,
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
The key is to listen to your client, if you listen to him and understand what he is looking for and needs, you won because it cannot be your priority to sell things he does not want or need, you must look for the way you sell but the client is satisfied, that way that client will return and recommend you with his friends, family and coworkers, creating an infinite network of contacts and a chain of favors, that is what I have achieved in a little more than a year, leave with minimal sales and today more and more. People look for me and choose from thousands of travel advisors.
